Villa Poggio Salvi Pomona Brunello di Montalcino 2010

In 2010 the idea of proceeding with a greater fragmentation of our vineyards was born. A real zonation within our 20 hectares in Montalcino. This led to the selection of a "Cru", a plot we deem bearer of the characteristics of greater prominence for Brunello di Montalcino.

A classy, harmonious red, elegant and intensely flavored, with strawberry, cherry, currant, mineral and tobacco notes. The tannins are fierce, yet this is precisely balanced, featuring fruit, mineral, tar and spice accents that linger on the long, detailed finish. Aged in In Slavonian oak barrels of 30hl capacity for 30 months.

This wine is being aged in our cellars. It is not recommended to be drunk until at least 2025 and is available by allocation only. Please enquire.
