Ordering and Payment

Orders can be made online, by telephone to 0208 299 1051 or by email to orders@dulwichvintners.co.uk quoting the name and delivery address and a contact telephone number. For telephone or email orders, payment is taken by telephone, by debit card or credit card before the order can be accepted and the wine dispatched. Most major debit cards and credit cards are accepted. Online orders will be confirmed by email. We cannot accept any order cancellations once payment has been made. We reserve the right to decline to supply wine to you without giving any reason.

Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time. Our current prices are shown on our website and supersede any other price lists we have issued. If we have by mistake incorrectly priced an item on our website we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.

Delivery

Delivery to UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands) is charged at £10 including VAT per order.

Availability

We will use our best endeavours to ensure that the wine listed on our website is available. If we are unable to fulfill an order request we will suggest an alternative.

Age Restriction

We will not sell to anyone aged under 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are aged over 18. If you are buying wine for someone else, the recipient must also be aged over 18. If on delivery there is any doubt as to the age of the recipient, ID will be requested. If satisfactory ID is not provided the wine will not be delivered. Once the wine has been delivered it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Claims

Claims for breakages must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the management. We will not be liable for claims or losses including breakages or spillages arising after delivery.
