Limoux is the oldest sparkling wine producing region in the world. This dry sparkling is yellow-gold color with green tints and fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and vivid with a mix of white flowers, peach, green apple and citrus fruits aromas. It develops notes of hazelnut and a subtle toast flavours on the palate. This wine is well-balanced with toasted notes on a long-lasting finish.
Grape: Chardonnay (70%), Chenin Blanc (20%), Mauzac (10%)
Alcohol: 12.5%
