This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier, Ortega and Pinot Blanc. The varieties were fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the clean aromas and soft fruit notes and then blended to create this delicious single-vineyard estate white wine. This is a light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of gala melon, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish.Grapes: Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier, Ortega, Pinot Blanc
