Jim Barry The Barry Bros Shiraz Cabernet

Decorates the glass with a deep shadow of magenta. Brambly summer fruits are the signature of this vintage with scents of blackberry, blueberry and cherry, rounded off with a subtle toastiness from the oak. A medium bodied composition with savoury juiciness supported by dark vine fruits and a sharp hit of rhubarb. Great texture provided by chalky fine grained tannins.
