Domaine Mardon is located in Quincy, a lesser know appellation in the Loire Valley located just 50 miles west of Sancerre. It produces crisp, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc. The Mardon family has been producing wine in the area since the early 19th century and they produce a serious and complex Quincy. Their estate is small and although not certified organic, they do not use any herbicides. It is fermented using natural yeast and it rests on its lees for 5 months with 1-2 lees stirring giving it a creamier and richer texture.
Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc (100%)
