Packed with ripe, juicy dark and red fruits, including red plums, the firm, grippy tannins and well balanced acidity provide good structure to this classic Côtes du Rhône. On the palate there is a subtle edge of cinnamon with crushed stones and earthiness. This is a wine made to pair with food, especially meaty stews and grilled meats.
