A fresh Chardonnay with appealing oak influences, pure ripely scented citrus and crunchy stone fruit characters. Several passes in the vineyard were made to obtain a range of ripeness levels and to add complexity. Enriched with layers of flavour from extended time on yeast lees and creaminess from full malolactic fermentations, all wrapped around a smooth texture with a clean crisp finish.
