A bright pale green colour. A nose rich in springtime aromas with hints of blackcurrant, grapefruits and green apples. A clean, unaggressive initial taste, followed by a round, crisp fullness on the palate. The full, long finish carries aromas of boxwood, green apples, acacia flowers and honeysuckle.
